Causes and Remedies of Migraine

Calling Migraine a headache is as good as calling Mount Everest a Hill. The pain is indescribable. 30 Million people in America alone are affected by Migraine. Migraine usually starts anytime between the age of 10-50 and goes away after 50. A few experience many a month, while some get migraine attacks only a few in their whole life. The most affected are women with family history in migraine.

In spite of its prevalence, most of all sufferers are not correctly diagnosed. Migraine is often mislabeled as sinus or tension headaches.
